I am a self taught taxidermist. I work only ethically sourced animals. These are generally animals I find myself dead of natural causes (cat kills, road kill, etc) or get from other people, again dead from natural causes or vintage at a minimum. No animals were intentionally killed for my work, nor do I support fur farming, hunting or trapping in any way, excepting food hunting as a way to get away from factory farmed meat. The pelts I use would otherwise be left to rot. I prefer preserving them so others can admire natures beauty then to leaving them to decay. You are entitled to your opinion but please keep it polite.

Any mounts or pelts can be in need of repair so long as I know up front. I've repaired damaged stuff before and am fine with doing so. I prefer things are road kill or vintage. At a minimum I ask it have passed through multiple hands, excluding animals killed by farmers or subsistence hunters.
